Ideal for recent trade school graduates or career changers, the program combines classroom instruction, on-the-job training, and mentorship. The program begins with 5 weeks of on-site training in Syracuse, followed by continued field training alongside experienced technicians, preparing participants for a full-time Field Service Technician role upon completion.
