Experienced Drain Technician Join the Boston Standard Team! At Boston Standard Plumbing, Heating & Electrical , we're raising the bar for residential home services. We're growing our Drain & Pipe Rehabilitation Division and are looking for an experienced Drain Technician who takes pride in diagnosing problems correctly, providing long-term solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. If you're experienced with drain cleaning, high-pressure water jetting, descaling, and sewer camera inspections, and you're looking for a company that invests in the latest equipment, ongoing training, and career growth, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Perform residential drain cleaning, high-pressure water jetting, and mechanical descaling. Conduct sewer camera inspections to accurately diagnose drain and sewer issues. Educate homeowners on repair options and preventative maintenance. Identify opportunities for drain restoration and rehabilitation services. Partner with the sales team on larger drain and sewer rehabilitation projects. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle. Deliver outstanding customer service on every call. What We're Looking For 3+ years of residential drain cleaning and sewer experience. Experience operating jetting equipment, descaling tools, and sewer inspection cameras. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work independently while maintaining quality workmanship. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
