Job Description
RestoreCore is hiring an experienced Water Damage Restoration Technician to provide water damage mitigation and restoration services for residential and commercial properties. This hands-on role includes emergency response, water extraction, structural drying, demolition, moisture monitoring, equipment setup, and customer communication. What You'll Do Respond to water damage and emergency restoration projects Perform water extraction, structural drying, dehumidification, and cleanup Set up, monitor, and remove air movers, dehumidifiers, and drying equipment Take moisture readings and document drying progress Remove damaged drywall, flooring, insulation, and other materials Apply antimicrobial treatments when needed Document work with photos, notes, moisture logs, and equipment records Communicate professionally with customers and project managers Clean and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools Follow company, OSHA, and jobsite safety requirements Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies What We're Looking For One or more years of water mitigation, restoration, construction, or related hands-on experience preferred Knowledge of water extraction, structural drying, demolition, and moisture detection IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification is a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Availability for on-call, evening, weekend, and emergency response work Why Join RestoreCore?
