Nelbud is hiring Commercial Hood Cleaning Technicians to clean and maintain commercial kitchen exhaust systems for restaurants and facilities throughout the Baltimore area. This is a physically demanding, overnight field position involving pressure washing, ladder climbing, rooftop work, equipment setup, and industrial cleaning. No hood cleaning experience is required. We provide paid, hands-on training. New technicians begin in our structured 30-60-90 Day KEC Step Program , where you'll build technical skills and work toward advancement opportunities and additional hourly compensation as you complete training, testing, and performance milestones. Experience in construction, landscaping, pressure washing, roofing, HVAC, duct cleaning, pest control, restoration, manufacturing, warehouse work, military service, or other physically demanding work can translate well to this role.
