Job Description

Accessibility Service Technician - Stairlifts, VPLs & Residential Elevators (Full-Time, W-2) HomePRO Mobility helps people who are aging in place or living with disabilities stay independent, safe, and comfortable in their homes, and we're looking for an experienced technician to join our field team as a full-time W-2 employee. You'll install, service, and repair stairlifts, vertical platform lifts (VPLs), and residential elevators in customers' homes and businesses, working from assigned dispatch schedules and treating every customer with care. Experience with Harmar and Savaria/Handicare equipment is a strong plus, and a Maryland Elevator License is a huge plus . We value integrity, accountability, and process discipline, so the right person follows safety procedures, documents their work accurately, communicates clearly with customers, and stays on a job until it's done right. Requirements include hands-on experience installing and servicing residential and commercial accessibility equipment, a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and the ability to perform the physical demands of field installation work, with or without reasonable accommodation. We offer full-time employment with paid time off, overtime eligibility, company tools and equipment, a company van, and support for manufacturer certifications.
