Seasonal Field Service Helper (Pool Cover Sidekick) Want to spend your summer outside instead of stuck inside? Join our crew and become a hands-on helper installing and fixing automatic pool covers. You'll ride along with an experienced Field Tech, learn real skills, and get paid while doing it. Not a bad deal, right? What You'll Be Doing Team up with a seasoned Field Tech to troubleshoot and repair pool cover systems Grab tools, prep for jobs, and be the MVP of "having what we need when we need it" Help document work (yes, we have to write things down sometimes) Deliver friendly, professional service—because happy customers = happy team Bonus Tasks Keep the work vehicle stocked, clean, and ready to roll Help keep job sites organized (no one likes a messy truck) Jump in wherever needed—every day is a little different What You Need Must be 16 years old or older Good attitude and willingness to learn (we can teach the rest) Skills That Make You Successful Can communicate effectively (talk and text) Strong customer service skills Problem-solving mindset (figuring out why something isn't working) Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills (measurements and simple calculations) Team player mentality Flexible availability, including occasional longer days or weekends What the Job Is Like Frequent movement including standing, kneeling, crawling, and working with tools Ability to lift up to 100 lbs Outdoor work in varying weather conditions including heat, dirt, dust, and noise Exposure to tools, equipment, and active job sites Why You'll Like It Work outdoors instead of behind a desk Gain hands-on technical skills Be part of a supportive, hardworking team No two days are the same Ready to get outside, learn something new, and earn money this summer?
