Full-time About Us SERVPRO of Wheaton/Kensington and Poolesville/Clarksburg/Damascus is a locally operated restoration and reconstruction company serving Montgomery County and the surrounding DMV area, specializing in water, fire, mold, and storm damage mitigation. The Role We're looking for an experienced Crew Chief to lead field crews on mitigation and repair jobs — someone who can run a job site safely and efficiently, train junior techs, and represent our company professionally in customers' homes and businesses. What You'll Do Lead on-site mitigation work: water extraction, structural drying, demo, mold remediation Set up and monitor drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers) Supervise and train crew members on-site Communicate directly with homeowners about scope of work and daily progress Take job photos/documentation for insurance and file records Ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality expectations What We're Looking For Prior restoration, construction, or related trade experience required

IICRC WRT/AMRT
