Temporary to permanent Position Summary Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Restoration Supervisor to lead restoration crews on residential and commercial property damage projects. The Restoration Supervisor is responsible for assigning, coordinating, and performing restoration work while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise restoration technicians on assigned projects. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a positive customer experience throughout each project. Coordinate restoration activities and ensure work is completed according to schedule and company standards. Perform quality control inspections to verify workmanship and project completion. Identify job-site hazards and implement appropriate safety measures. Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Maintain accurate and detailed job documentation, including photos, notes, and project records. Monitor labor hours, material usage, and consumable inventory to maximize project profitability. Properly operate, maintain, and protect company equipment, tools, and vehicles. Train, coach, and mentor restoration technicians to improve performance and technical skills. Communicate project status, challenges, and customer concerns with the Restoration Manager and office staff. Perform routine maintenance on company vehicles and restoration equipment. Assist with facility and grounds maintenance as needed. Continue developing technical knowledge of restoration procedures, equipment, and cleaning products. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in restoration, cleaning, construction, or a related field. Must have commercial and residential experience. Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred. IICRC Certifications (Water Restoration Technician, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Applied Structural Drying preferred.) Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying environmental conditions. Must pass drug test and background check. Must have own PPE. Preferred Skills Water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration experience. Knowledge of moisture mapping, drying equipment, and restoration best practices. Experience with job documentation software and mobile technology. Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to train and motivate team members.
