You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of restoration services, including assessing damage, cleaning, demolition, and prepping for construction. Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Fix and rebuild the home or business Deodorize and sanitize indoor space Perform water mitigation and extraction services Demo and rebuild damaged structural elements, including drywall and plumbing Tidy up salvageable items and property and safely store them away
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Comfortable with using power and hand tools IICRC (inspection cleaning and restoration certification) required, WRT (water damage restoration endorsement) is preferred Physical fitness and stamina is required, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Good communication, teamwork, and listening skills MUST live within 50 miles of our office in Auburn Hills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Great communication, listening, and teamwork skills Able to participate in our rotational on-call after-hours schedule Empathy and compassion Willing to learn new things every day Able to work in a fast-paced environment Experience and certifications are a plus About Company Since 1986, Concraft has provided emergency restoration and reconstruction services throughout the Greater Detroit Metro Area and Southeast Michigan.
