Key Responsibilities Emergency Mitigation Work:
Lead crews in emergency water, fire, and storm mitigation according to IICRC standards.
Documentation & Reporting:
Complete accurate job site documentation and oversee job progress from start to finish.
Team Leadership:
Direct and mentor crew members on-site, ensuring work meets Dry Right's quality standards.
Customer Communication:
Provide clear, respectful communication with customers throughout the restoration process.
On-Call Rotation:
Participate in an on-call rotation to support fast emergency response across Southeast Michigan.
Safety & Compliance:
Safely operate company equipment and follow all safety and regulatory requirements. Requirements 1-2+ years of experience as a lead technician, crew chief, or similar role in restoration or a related trade. IICRC certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Ability to work overtime, weekends, and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed. Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work in demanding job site conditions. Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
Compensation Earnings:
$45,000-$80,000 annually, based on experience, with performance-based bonuses.
