Water Mitigation Technician Location:

Flushing, MI Pay:

$20

• $25 per hour (Based on experience)

Job Type:

Full-time (Monday

• Friday, 8:00 AM
• 5:00 PM, with emergency on-call and overtime available)

Job Responsibilities:

Assess properties to determine the extent of water damage Scope and document damage, generate sketches, and develop estimates for repairs Mitigate affected areas through water extraction, demolition, drying, and mold remediation as necessary Use industry-standard equipment and software for estimates and reports Communicate effectively with property owners, adjusters, and team members Follow safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure high-quality work

Qualifications:

Experience :

At least some experience in restoration (water, fire, and/or mold) is preferred, but training is available

Skill & Knowledge :

Familiarity with industry standards, equipment, and restoration processes preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, stand, kneel, and work in challenging conditions

License & Certifications :

IICRC certification is a plus; a valid driver's license is required and must be able to pass a background check Why Join Us?
