W hat You'll Do T roubleshoot and repair industrial automation and control systems at customer facilities. D iagnose electrical and electronic failures in PLCs, VFDs, servo systems, HMIs, motors, and CNC equipment. P erform root cause analysis to identify not only the failure, but the underlying issue causing repeat downtime. U se electrical test equipment and diagnostic tools to evaluate system performance. S upport equipment startups, commissioning, and system optimization projects. D ocument findings, repairs, and recommendations in a professional and customer-friendly manner. P artner with customers' maintenance and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and production performance. W ork closely with Galco's repair, engineering, and parts teams to provide complete solutions.
