Job Description
Job Type Full-time Description Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Onsite or in-house run off, servicing, repair and/or installation company products
- In-process inspections at subcontractor facilities
- Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of equipment
- Serves as a customer contact on technical and service-related issues
- Diagnoses and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures
- Determines most cost-effective repair / resolution
- Prepare service reports for internal and external customers
- Performs general maintenance tasks and resolves less complex problems immediately, while more complex issues are identified to a higher level of support Requirements
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience preferred, but not required
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
- Ability to read mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics
- Ability to use typical hand and power tools
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Be literate in English speaking and writing
- Average computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
