We are looking for a new team member that has an interest in the water mitigation field and preferably has experience (but not required). Must bring a positive, can-do attitude toward our work, fellow team members, and to our amazing clients.

Job Requirements:

Must be a hard worker and take direction, and give instruction to team members Prefer 2+ years of experience in the mitigation field Have strong communication skills with team members and clients Document moisture reading and upload photos to software program Experience with power tools (Sawzall, multi-tools, drills, etc) Maneuver in tight spaces and climbs ladders Attention to detail Ability to work with cleaning agents/chemicals Ability to lift 50+ pounds Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license Willingness to travel daily within the Metro Detroit area (company vehicle is used for transportation to/from job to warehouse. Must be available to work some weekends (rotating schedule) Have a professional, positive attitude with strong work ethic Knowledge of IIRC standards Perform equipment breakdown and cleaning.

Schedule Requirements:

Monday - Sunday Availability (weekends required) 40 hour weeks (overtime paid over 40 hours) Ability to work on Holidays if required (double time pay)
