We're hiring a Service Technician in Baudette, MN to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair copier and printer equipment while providing exceptional on-site customer support. This hands-on role is ideal for a Service Technician, Field Service Technician, Equipment Technician, Maintenance Technician, Electronics Technician, or Repair Technician who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and helping customers stay productive. What You'll Do:

Diagnose and repair printer/copier equipment at client sites using diagnostic tools and manuals. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely, courteous, and cost-effective service. Maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies in your service vehicle. Complete technical training on new equipment and stay current with evolving technologies. Accurately document service calls, time entries, and inventory usage. Represent the client professionally in appearance and conduct. Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

What We're Looking For:

Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record High school diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments Proficiency with MS Office and other business collaboration tools Employment is contingent upon successful completion of any legally required background checks and drug screenings, where applicable Preferred But Not Required Associate degree preferred Experience with Printer/Copier equipment such as Sharp, Canon, HP, or Konica Minolta equipment is highly preferred

Pay Rate :
