Duties Assess water, fire, and mold to determine the scope of restoration needed Operate hand tools and power tools to remove damaged materials and prepare sites for restoration Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification using specialized equipment Conduct mold remediation procedures following safety protocols Clean and restore carpets, upholstery, and surfaces to their original condition Assist with fire restoration efforts by cleaning soot and smoke damage from affected areas Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and progress reports Experience Prior experience in the restoration industry or related construction fields not needed but preferred Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly in challenging situations Ability to work independently or as part of a team in physically demanding environments Join us in delivering exceptional restoration services that rebuild homes and lives!
