  • Plymouth, MN We're looking for a hands‑on Coolant Service Technician to support our customers by cleaning, maintaining, and servicing machine coolant systems.
This role is ideal for someone mechanically inclined, self‑motivated, and comfortable working directly in customer shop environments while representing Productivity, Inc. with professionalism. You'll play an important part in keeping customer equipment running efficiently by performing coolant removal, sanitation, and delivery services — all while maintaining strong communication and a high standard of safety. What You'll Do Use vacuum systems and related tools to remove coolant and chips from machine coolant systems. Sanitize machines after coolant and chip removal to ensure a clean, safe operating environment. Deliver coolant to customer locations as scheduled. Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean, orderly work area. Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner. Perform other responsibilities as required by the position. What You Bring Mechanical aptitude with hands‑on problem‑solving ability Customer service and communication skills Ability to foster a positive, professional work environment through respectful interactions with customers, coworkers, vendors, and leadership Self‑motivation with the ability to work independently and manage priorities Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; ability to pass a DOT physical Ability to perform physical work including bending, twisting, and lifting 50-75 lbs Compensation and Benefits $25
  • 27/hour DOE Full‑time, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance starting Day 1 401(k) with company match
