We are hiring a Mitigation Technician — a small team where your work is actually seen, and the person who performs will grow with the division. What you'll do: Respond to water losses in homes and businesses: extraction, temporary protection, site safety Perform controlled demolition — flood cuts, wet insulation and flooring removal Set, monitor, and rotate professional drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers) Take daily moisture readings and photos and log them the same day — documentation is how this business wins, and we will teach you to do it right Set containment and HEPA filtration when the job calls for it Demo work in preparation for the rebuild Keep the truck stocked, clean, and ready to roll This is a start up some other scopes of work may be requested as needed Take care of customers on what is often the worst day of their year — show up, explain the plan, leave the home better than you found it

Pay:

$20.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications, plus overtime after 40 hours and premium pay for after-hours emergency calls

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM, plus rotating after-hours emergency on-call What we provide: We pay for your certifications:
