JOB DESCRIPTION

P rovides direction and/or training to Field Technicians in accordance with R bA guidelines. Ensures superior field support on RbA products and accurate t echnical measures prior to installation by either directing others or performing the tasks . P rovides direction and training to Field Technician I and II's . E nsures that Tech Measures and Services are completed in accordance with RbA guidelines. This includes proper documentation H andles escalated or complex customer issues. P erforms both Technical Measure duties and Service duties as needed. Minimum Qualification, Skill and/or Competency Requirements High school degree and valid driver's license with clean driving record; Renewal installation experience strongly preferred Meets the skills and competency requirements needed for Field Technician I I Leadership/coaching experience Ability to handle escalated customer issues in a professional and respectful manner A bility to manage multiple projects simultaneously

PROFIT SHARING

In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
