Opportunity Description Opportunity Description We are looking to GROW our team by hiring a water restoration technician. A technician is someone who has a required minimum 1 year full time working within the water mitigation industry, and works hard and follow directions. A high level of proficiency with hand and power tools is a must. You will be expected to work independently and follow simple directions with minimal need for clarification from your superiors without losing efficiency or productivity. This candidate must be detailed, driven, and ready to participate on a team of 2-4 to perform water restoration, HVAC Cleaning and Carpet Cleaning, and also to communicate respect and value to customers, superiors, and coworkers. We do not tolerate dishonesty or laziness. If you want to get to work, establish a career that will enable you to grow to your fullest potential, and better your lot in life, this is the company for you You must be a good communicator and be able to follow protocol in this detail-oriented industry for the safety of yourself, our customers and your teammates. We're looking for candidates that can lift 100lbs to chest level regularly, are able to pass a background check, be on a rotating on-call schedule for nights, weekends, and holidays (added compensation for any after-hours work), has a good driving record, but trade-specific experience is not needed
