We are looking for a talented

• Field Service Power Generation Technician/Mechanic
• to join our Distribution Business in
• White Bear Lake, MN.
• In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• + Completing repair activities on generators or components + Engaging with customers in a courteous and professional manner + Perform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic tools + Maintain detailed records of service + Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies + Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins products + Maintain own tools
• To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• + Broad mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance abilities. + High Voltage / Low Voltage experience. + Capable of electrical repair and maintenance with minimal supervision
• hands on exposure to working on power generation products. + Primarily engaged in preventative maintenance or basic repairs/diagnostics on generators. + Basic Diesel Engine experience. + Requires direct supervision and review of workmanship quality.

• Education, Licenses, Certifications:

• Apprentice Trained Power Generation/ Electrical Technician (Preferred) Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution Current relevant electrical certification Locally valid driving permit This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

• Experience:

• Minimal level of workshop related experience required.

Basic level knowledge of and/or experience with power generation products High Voltage/ Low Voltage experience (Please provide the following: 2-3 core responsibilities or activities unique to the role 2-4 Skill, Education, or Experience Requirements needed for the role 1-2 Skill, Education, or Experience Preferences that are nice to have but not required)

• A current valid license is required for this role
• This role requires a 5 year motor vehicle report, free from major violations
• This role requires applicant to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical
• 3 years driving experience
• This role is subject to Department of Transportation (DOT) driving regulations including Hours of Service and Electronic Log Booking Device use
• Federal law requires operators of commercial vehicles to be 21 years of age or older, applicant must be 21 years of age
• A CDL may be required to obtain upon hire
• Federal law requires a CDL holder to be 21 years of age or older
