As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team in our Springfield, Missouri location. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician who takes pride in diagnosing and repairing heavy construction equipment while providing exceptional service directly at customer job sites. Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heavy construction equipment and related systems in the field Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine repairs Respond to customer service calls and provide timely, effective repairs at job sites Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment inspections Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently Communicate clearly with customers regarding equipment issues, repair recommendations, and timelines Operate safely and professionally while representing Luby Equipment in the field
