Role:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Mobile Home Installation Technician. This role is ideal for someone who demonstrates leadership skills, thrives both in solo and team settings, and is eager to grow within the company. Salary:

Compensation will be based on experience. While prior experience is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement. Willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Skillfully install and repair skirting on new and existing mobile homes.
• Securely tie down newly constructed mobile homes.
• Exhibit strong mechanical skills.
• Punctually arrive at the office by 6 AM for daily job site assignments.
• Efficiently follow directions from the Supervisor and Lead Installer.
• Promptly report any issues with company tools or vehicles.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance always.
• Efficiently load and unload truck supplies and equipment.
• Actively participate in employee meetings and training sessions.

Physical Requirements:

The role involves bending, carrying, climbing, driving, lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, sitting, standing, and walking.
