Trajekt Sports builds a state-of-the-art robot pitching machine for NCAA baseball teams. We're looking for a hands-on electromechanical field service tech in Oxford, MS . This is a pretty cool part-time/as-needed role where you'll be called upon to service machines our customers have come to rely on to perform better on the field. Service work is performed at their home stadiums, so confidentiality is an important aspect of this role. Job Requirements Demonstrated experience diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining complex electromechanical machinery and automated equipment Proficiency with Ethernet-based networking, industrial communications, and troubleshooting network connectivity between control systems and equipment Working knowledge of stepper motors, brushless DC motors, servo systems, and linear actuators Basic understanding of AC/DC electrical systems, wiring, circuits, and electrical troubleshooting; proficient in using a multimeter and other electrical test equipment Ability to interpret and follow technical documentation, schematics, wiring diagrams, standard operating procedures, and equipment-specific instructions Ability and willingness to travel to NCAA facilities for equipment installation, service, troubleshooting, and maintenance Ability to safely lift and position equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. overhead and perform hands-on work in confined or restricted-access spaces Availability - As needed / flexible / seasonal (it is baseball) Nice to haves: Experience with high-speed cameras Experience troubleshooting and servicing AC/DC electrical systems, power supplies, circuits, and related components Experience repairing robots and/or within the field of robotics Experience with web apps Baseball knowledge
