In this vital role, you will be the frontline expert responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of swimming pool and hot tub equipment systems. Duties Perform installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of appliances, Swimming Pools, Hot Tubs, and related mechanical equipment. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to accurately diagnose issues. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. Lead on-site repairs with professionalism, ensuring safety standards are met or exceeded. Communicate clearly with clients about service procedures, findings, and recommended solutions. Maintain detailed service reports, work logs, and documentation for all completed tasks. Collaborate with team members to share technical insights and improve service processes. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on equipment repairs Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams confidently. Hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance across residential or commercial settings. Knowledge of Swimming Pool and Hot Tub systems—including air conditioning—and refrigeration principles. Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently and effectively. Construction or related technical background is a plus for understanding installation environments. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to guide customers through repair processes when needed. Excellent communication skills to explain technical details clearly to clients and team members.
