Job Description
- 4:00 P.M. Monday
- Friday, with the ability to work overtime hours as needed. The technician will travel to customer locations, and some of out state travel will be required. The technician will be expected to travel 10%
- 15% of the time.
Work Environment:
Outside and exposed to the elements 80+% of the time. Very dirty, wet and/or dusty environments. Long drive times in all types of weather, with potential for multiple-day trips and extended standby time.What you bring:
High school diploma or equivalent required Must be able to use general business software (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Excel, Adobe Acrobat) and hardware (smartphone/tablet, notebook computer, etc.) Small to medium water and sewer utility systems knowledge, troubleshooting ability and equipment maintenance experience is preferred Previous experience in mechanical, electrical, construction, or related fields is highly preferred Able to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and unrestricted driver's license with acceptable MVR Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions, and follow OSHA, MSHA, DOT, DEQ, EPA, and other applicable safety and regulatory standards Ability and willingness to learn continuously through training and independently are essential for this position Join our team to innovate the future of water and wastewater.
