Working Conditions and Physical Demands

• This is a manual labor position.

The type of work performed by this position is both residential and commercial. Conditions can be challenging. There may be a lack of utilities resulting from fire or other conditions. We also mitigate microbial growth, sewage, and trauma scenes. Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly. Must be able to work both sitting and standing for extended periods of time based on the job demands. The use of ladders and getting into tight spaces is a frequent need of this industry. Employee must follow safety protocols and communicate effectively.

Requirements:

Must possess a current and valid Driver's License. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Basic computer skills, math skills, and customer service skills. Preference given to those with verifiable restoration experience and certifications. 406 Disaster Response is an EOE employer. Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, fire restoration, water damage restoration, and mold remediation tasks.
• Utilize hand and power tools for restoration and construction activities.
• Apply industry knowledge to deliver high-quality restoration services.
• Demonstrate proficiency in IICRC standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive to various locations with a valid driver's license and maintain computerized records.
