Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for restoring properties affected by water, fire, or other damage. This role requires a hands-on approach, utilizing various tools and techniques to clean and restore environments to their original condition. The Restoration Technician will work closely with clients and team members to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform water damage restoration tasks, including extraction, drying, and dehumidification of affected areas. Execute fire restoration processes, including cleaning soot and smoke damage from surfaces. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various restoration projects. Conduct carpet cleaning and restoration services as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment during all restoration projects. Collaborate with team members to assess damage and develop restoration plans. Communicate effectively with clients regarding the restoration process and timelines. Experience Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated individuals. Familiarity with fire restoration and water damage restoration techniques is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential. Requirements Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record. Must be able to pass a background check.
