Job Description

Lead Restoration Technician American Water Damage of the Triad Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Benefits Join a Team That Values Quality, Leadership, and Growth American Water Damage of the Triad is seeking an experienced Lead Restoration Technician to join our growing team. As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for managing water, fire, mold, and storm damage mitigation projects while providing exceptional customer service during some of the most challenging times in our customers' lives. Responsibilities Lead and supervise restoration crews on residential and commercial projects. Perform water extraction, structural drying, demolition, mold remediation, and fire/smoke mitigation. Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment. Complete moisture mapping and accurately document job progress. Communicate professionally with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and project managers. Ensure all work meets IICRC standards and company quality expectations. Train and mentor new technicians. Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and warehouse organization. Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency services. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of restoration experience (water mitigation preferred).
IICRC WRT
Certification required (ASD, AMRT, FSRT preferred). Leadership or crew management experience. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in confined spaces, crawlspaces, and attics. Comfortable using tablets and mobile apps for job documentation. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work overtime and respond to emergency calls when scheduled.
