Our Restoration Technicians are the first ones who show up to help our customers after they've experienced sudden property damage. Technicians set the tone for a five star experience and take the first steps to turn a negative situation into a positive experience.

What You'll Do:

Respond to emergency property damage with urgency and compassion Utilize industry-specific smartphone apps and software to document job site conditions Extract standing water Move contents (furniture) to prevent further damage Perform neat and clean demolition of non-restorable materials Set drying equipment and monitor progress until affected materials are dry Proactively communicate scheduling needs to the team Be the expert who builds trust by showing off what you know in a friendly, humble, and professional way.
