About Aqua Mizer Aqua Mizer is a growing water-conservation company that works with properties across the country. We install patented toilet technology and high-efficiency plumbing products that help properties significantly reduce water usage and operating costs. We're looking for a Traveling Installation Support Specialist to join our field team and help keep installation projects organized and running smoothly. This is a 100% travel position. You'll travel throughout the U.S. with our installation teams, work directly with property staff and installers, and help manage the documentation and day-to-day coordination of each project. What You'll Do You'll be the organizational link between our installers, customers, and operations team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Document installation progress, completed units, equipment used, and issues encountered Work directly with installers and property management teams to keep projects organized Help coordinate daily installation schedules and access to apartment units Track inventory at each project and communicate supply needs to our operations team Upload installation notes, photos, and project information into our documentation system Help prepare components and materials for installation Perform quality-control checks to make sure installations are properly completed and documented Communicate project updates and potential issues to the operations team Travel Requirements This position requires extensive overnight travel throughout the United States. Candidates should be comfortable being away from home for extended periods while projects are underway.

We're looking for someone who is: Highly organized and detail-oriented Dependable and comfortable working independently A strong communicator who works well with different personalities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Able to use basic technology, including Outlook and Google Sheets Comfortable communicating with customers and property staff Able to drive a company vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license Willing and able to travel extensively throughout the U.S. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but is not required.
