Join Arrow Service Team! Arrow Service Team is North Dakota's leader in disaster restoration. Since 1979, we've helped homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, storm, and other property damage. We're looking for a dependable Mitigation Technician who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in helping people during challenging times. No restoration experience? We're willing to train the right person! What You'll Do Respond to water, fire, and storm damage restoration projects. Perform water extraction and remove damaged building materials. Set up drying, dehumidification, and specialty equipment. Document damage with photos and moisture readings. Move and protect customer belongings. Clean, maintain, and monitor restoration equipment. Work alongside an experienced team to restore properties safely and efficiently. What We're Looking For Restoration, mitigation, carpentry, or carpet cleaning experience is a plus but not required. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be at least 18 years old. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience (DOE). Hazard pay for qualifying projects. Fully paid on-the-job training. Company vehicle(s) and equipment provided. Career advancement opportunities. Schedule Monday-Friday, approximately 40-45 hours per week.
Hours:
6:30am (occasionally) or 7:30am (typically) to 5:00pm. Occasional travel and overnight stays (hotel and per diem provided).
