What you'll do Provide scheduled and emergency/unscheduled repairs of commercial and industrial generators both during normal working hours and after-hours, weekends and holidays as directed Detect faulty operations, defective material and report them and any other unusual situations to the service manager in a timely manner Travel around local area for service work while being on call and rotating first to call responsibility Maintain parts and service inventory within company vehicle Create and submit reports for service work completed and project updates Travel up to 25% based on HM Cragg/TWE projects and time of year What you'll bring High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience installing and/or repairing generators Industry experience preferred - Generators, Power Equipment, and Transfer Switches Experience with Microsoft Suite products including Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point Bring your generator experience— Generac, Kohler, CAT, Cummins, Katolight, Detroit, Volvo, Isuzu, John Deere, Champion, Honda, MTU, or Briggs & Stratton
