Watford City, ND Pumping Unit Field Supervisor The Pumping Unit Field Supervisor will oversee field operations involving pumping unit installation, maintenance, repairs, inspections, and related work. This position requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to keep crews and projects moving safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

Supervise pumping unit field operations and crews Coordinate daily field activities and priorities Oversee installation, setup, teardown, maintenance, and repairs Inspect pumping units and identify mechanical issues Troubleshoot equipment problems and determine appropriate repairs Ensure work is completed according to customer and company expectations Communicate job progress and field issues with management Ensure crews follow all safety procedures and JSAs Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas Assist with training and development of technicians Work directly with customers and represent Sentry ND professionally

Qualifications:

Strong pumping unit experience Previous field leadership or supervisory experience preferred Mechanical and troubleshooting experience Knowledge of pumping unit components and operation Ability to read and understand equipment information and job requirements Strong communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license Ability to work independently and lead a crew Pumping Unit Technician The Pumping Unit Technician will perform installation, maintenance, inspections, repairs, and other field services related to pumping units.

Responsibilities include:

Install, set up, maintain, and tear down pumping units Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Troubleshoot mechanical issues Assist with bearing rebuilds and repairs Perform post-pounding and related pumping unit work Assist with wellhead greasing and other field services Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Complete work according to company and customer standards Follow all safety procedures and JSAs Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas Communicate equipment issues and job needs to supervisors Work effectively as part of a field team

Qualifications:
