Lexington, Nebraska Pay:
$18.00-$22.00/hour, based on experience

Overtime and bonus opportunities Join a Growing Team ServiceMaster of Mid NE is growing, and we're adding another Restoration Technician to our team. When someone's home floods, a fire damages their property, or they discover mold, they often don't know what to do next. That's when we get called. Our technicians use their training, equipment, and problem-solving skills to help homeowners and businesses through unexpected and stressful situations. The work is hands-on and technical, but customer service and compassion are just as important. No restoration experience? That's okay. We can teach restoration. We're looking for the right person to teach. What You'll Do Every day is a little different.
Your work may include:
Responding to water, fire, mold, and other property damage Water extraction and setting up structural drying equipment Removing damaged building materials and performing general demolition Mold remediation, containment, and cleaning Fire, smoke, and soot cleanup Carpet, tile, upholstery, and air duct cleaning Using hand tools, power tools, and professional restoration equipment Documenting job progress and communicating with customers Because property damage doesn't always happen between 8 and 5, some projects may require travel, overtime, or occasional after-hours/emergency work. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Is dependable and shows up ready to work Enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and solving problems Takes pride in doing things correctly Can work independently and as part of a team Treats customers and their property with respect Can be professional and compassionate with customers during stressful situations Is comfortable working in a variety of environments Is willing to learn new skills, equipment, and techniques Has a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Experience in restoration, construction, maintenance, cleaning, flooring, HVAC, plumbing, agriculture, or other hands-on work is helpful, but not required.
