Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry, particularly in water and fire damage restoration. This role involves working with various tools and equipment to clean, restore, and clean affected areas, ensuring that properties are returned to their pre-damage condition. The Restoration Technician will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients during challenging times. Duties Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for restoration tasks. Perform water damage restoration, including extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes. Conduct fire restoration activities, including smoke damage cleanup and odor removal. Clean and restore various surfaces and materials affected by damage. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion. Maintain a safe and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Experience in the restoration industry is preferred. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to restoration tasks. Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques and best practices. Familiarity with fire restoration processes is a plus. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations. Physical stamina to handle demanding tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.
