Job Description Application/Field Service Knowledge in printing applications Provide repair to wide format printers such as Mimaki and Mutoh Training will be provided by ITNH or vendors Install, train, and service Wide Format Inkjet printers that sold and supported by ITNH, Inc. Provide color calibration and ICC profiling Provide telephone support to contracted and non-contracted customers Perform demo to prospect at ITNH facility or at other facilities when needed Participate at tradeshows and other road shows Travel to customer site and tradeshow is required from time to time Job Requirements Associate degree and higher preferred in printing related field Excellent communication skills Ability to work under pressure and long hours at the customer sites Candidate demonstrates ability to learn quickly printing applications Candidate demonstrates ability to support customers Candidate demonstrates a high level of integrity when dealing with customers and employees
