Job description We are a growing restoration/remediation company located in the North Hampton, New Hampshire area, seeking a Water & Fire Damage Technician/ General Laborer to join our team! Sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Responsibilities of a
Water & Fire Damage Technician/ General Laborer:
  • Demolition and removal of non-salvageable structural material
  • Water extraction
  • Mold remediation
  • Contents cleaning and inventorying
  • Effectively communicate with customers
  • Leadership communication skills and qualities
  • Electronic documentation with proprietary software
Requirements of Water & Fire Damage Technician/ General Laborer:
Restoration experience a must Effective oral communication Basic math skills Project management skills a plus IICRC certificate a plus Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation 24/7 Ability to work flexible and longer hours during emergency situations Be part of a rotating on-call schedule Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics) Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals Ability to travel locally and surrounding states (ex.
Massachusetts / Maine
