Install:
Expertly install, maintain, and repair everything from water softeners, UV systems, and RO units to pumps, bladder tanks, and well systems. Be the
Consultant:
Connect with customers, explain your work clearly, and naturally spot opportunities to recommend system upgrades that improve their water quality.
Own Your Mobile Shop:
Keep your service vehicle organized and perform monthly inventory checks so you always have the right parts for the job. Collaborate for
Success:
Team up with our Customer Service Representatives to ensure a seamless, five-star experience for every client. What You Bring to the
Team The Experience:
You have at least 2 years of general plumbing repair/installation experience AND ideally 1+ years of direct water treatment servicing.
The Know-How:
Strong mechanical aptitude, a passion for working with your hands, and complete comfort with common power and hand tools.
People Skills:
Excellent communication skills to build quick rapport with homeowners and explain technical details in simple terms.
Physical Stamina:
You can handle the physical hustle—lifting up to 50 lbs (bags of salt, heavy equipment) up and down stairs, bending, and working in tight spots like basements or crawl spaces.
The Basics:
High school diploma (or equivalent), 18+ years old, and a commitment to safety and local codes.
Bonus Points:
