Field Service Technician EDM Specialist
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Travel to customer locations to diagnose complex technical problems and perform on-site repair Examine machines mechanically and electrically in order to perform repairs by dismantling machines and rebuilding as needed Diagnose technical problems and troubleshoot via telephone Communicate professionally and effectively with customers Effectively interpret schematics and block diagrams to analyze and troubleshoot problems You should be proficient in: EDM Equipment Troubleshooting and Repair Electrical and Mechanical Schematics Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting and Repair Pneumatics and Hydraulic system maintenanceCNC Machine Repair High Voltage Systems Precision Measurement & Hand Metrology Advanced Inspection & Gauge Measurement Hydraulic Systems & Components Mechanical Systems & Component Repair Spindle Maintenance & Repair Requires :
5+ years of industrial CNC and EDM machine maintenance experience. Excellent compensation with overtime, opportunities for advancement and full medical, dental and vision benefits.
