00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Redhead Services is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support our customers in the Southeastern NM area. We are specifically looking for a dependable, mechanically skilled technician with hands-on experience working with Vapor Recovery Units (VRUs) and flare systems. This position will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and servicing oilfield equipment in the field. Preference will be given to candidates who live within approximately 40 miles of Loco Hills and Maljamar New Mexico. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain Vapor Recovery Units (VRUs) Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain flare systems and associated equipment Perform preventative maintenance and field repairs Diagnose mechanical and operational equipment problems Respond to customer service calls and equipment issues Complete repairs efficiently and minimize customer downtime Communicate professionally with customers and Redhead Services personnel Maintain company service vehicle, tools, and equipment Complete required service documentation Follow company and customer safety policies and procedures Participate in after-hours and 24/7 callout rotation as required Qualifications Hands-on VRU experience required Hands-on flare system experience required Previous oilfield field-service experience strongly preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field Ability to communicate professionally with customers Valid driver's license Must meet company driving-record requirements Must meet company background-screening requirements Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to work in an oilfield environment Ability to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation when required Compensation & Benefits Redhead Services offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including: $20
