Job Overview:

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Traveling Audio Video Service Technician for a commercial audio-video company serving the Capital Region and Northeast. You'll install and service systems at customer sites, troubleshoot problems, and receive hands-on training as you develop your skills.

Job Type:

Full-time, in person with regular travel.

Pay:

$20-$27 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for increased pay as your skills grow.

Tasks:

Install, service, and troubleshoot commercial audio-video systems. Run, terminate, test, and troubleshoot network and low-voltage cabling. Install displays, speakers, and related equipment. Assist with system setup, testing, and calibration. Diagnose service issues and help customers restore their systems.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and good driving record. Ability to travel, stay overnight when needed, and safely lift and move equipment. Comfortable using tools and working with technology. Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Audio-video, low-voltage, cabling, or IT experience is helpful, but training is available for the right person.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m, with overtime available.
