Job Description

Filtrec Corporation is a leading sales, service and installation company of vehicle service equipment and we are currently looking for a full-time field service technician. We are looking to hire a reliable, self-motivated individual to become a part of our Service Team! This position requires basic mechanical, electrical and hydraulic experience. The Field Technician is responsible for preventative maintenance, service, installation and customer training. Company training is provided including OSHA 10, along with a competitive compensation and benefits package.
  • Occasional overnight required.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
  • Manage assigned service calls and ensure a prompt response
  • Perform installations, preventative maintenance, troubleshoot/diagnose and general equipment service
  • Document all work performed and parts used
  • Maintain organization of company vehicle, equipment and inventory
  • Keep a professional appearance and follow established safety standards
  • Maintain good communications skills with team and customers
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Mechanical, electrical and hydraulic aptitude
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities
  • Possess good communication skills and professional interactions with Customer
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Must be a self-starter, work with minimal supervision and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner
  • Great oral and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with general mechanical tools and procedures
  • A team player with a positive attitude

MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with proof of an excellent driving record.
  • Filtrec Corp is DOT regulated so applicant must be able to pass a drug screening.
