POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking motivated, reliable individuals to join our restoration team as Entry Level Technicians. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to begin a meaningful career in the property restoration industry. Comprehensive, paid training and certifications are provided — no prior experience is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform cleaning and debris removal at damage-affected properties Prepare structures for reconstruction and restoration Assist with mold remediation procedures (training provided) Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment Adapt to varying job site conditions and priorities

QUALIFICATIONS

Valid driver's license required Strong work ethic with a commitment to reliability and punctuality Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment High personal integrity and a dedication to quality workmanship Prior experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is a plus, but not required Must be able to lift 50 lbs This position is very physical
