Mechanic Position Compensation:

Based on experience Mechanic Position We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mechanic with strong leadership abilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience working with diesel engines and small engine equipment and be capable of leading by example while supporting shop operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strong leadership qualities Diagnose and repair small engines (Mowers, Trimmers, Blowers, Chainsaws, etc.) Maintain and repair company vehicles (Trucks, Trailers, Utility Vehicles) Oversee equipment inventory and maintenance s hedules Train team members on proper use and basic maintenance Assist in purchasing parts and tools Maintain a clean and safe work environment Strong problem-solving skills Reliable, punctual, and follow all safety standards and protocols Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus , but not required Ability to work independently and lead others Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
