We are seeking a skilled and reliable Experienced Water Damage/Restoration Technician to join our growing team in Holbrook. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restoration services, relevant industry certifications, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record for over three years. You will be responsible for responding to emergency restoration calls, performing mitigation and remediation services, and ensuring all work is performed to industry and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to emergency water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration calls. Perform demolition, extraction, drying, dehumidification, cleaning, and sanitization procedures. Operate and maintain restoration equipment, including air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA vacuums, etc. Accurately document job progress, moisture readings, and work performed using company software and forms. Follow all safety protocols and ensure job sites are secure and safe. Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members. Assist in training junior technicians as needed. Participate in on-call rotation for emergency response services.

Qualifications:

Experience in water, fire, or mold restoration services is preferred. Must have a valid New York State driver's license with a clean driving record, along with having a license for at least three years. Background check will be performed. IICRC Certification(s) is a plus (e.g., WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT), but not required. Strong knowledge of restoration processes and drying science. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environmental conditions (wet, smoky, confined spaces). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when on call. Availability to be discussed.

Pay:

$20.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
