Hands-On Restoration Technician - We Will Train the Right Person Are you the person who likes figuring out how things work, fixing problems, using tools, and doing something different every day? We're looking for a hands-on problem solver to join our restoration team. You do NOT need restoration experience. We can teach you restoration. What we can't teach as easily is a strong work ethic, dependability, common sense, mechanical ability, and the willingness to jump in and figure things out. If you've worked in construction, maintenance, landscaping, automotive, facilities, demolition, moving, warehousing, the trades — or you're simply someone who is naturally good with your hands — we want to hear from you. No Two Days Are the Same This isn't an assembly-line job and you won't be doing the same thing every day.

One day you might be:

Removing drywall and flooring after a water loss Setting up professional drying equipment Cleaning a building after a fire Tracking down where an odor or moisture problem is coming from Performing demolition Working in an attic, basement, apartment, office, or commercial building Moving furniture and contents Cleaning and restoring damaged materials Helping with minor repairs Using specialized restoration equipment you've never used before Solving an unexpected problem that wasn't obvious when the job started That's what makes restoration different.

The Person We're Looking For:

Experience is great, but attitude and ability matter more to us. We're looking for someone who: Is mechanically inclined and good with their hands Knows how to use basic hand and power tools Likes solving problems Can think on their feet Doesn't need someone standing over them every minute Is willing to learn Takes pride in their work Shows up on time and can be counted on Works well as part of a team Is comfortable getting dirty when the job requires it Can communicate professionally around customers Wants to develop actual skills and grow with a company What You'll Learn We'll train the right person in professional: Water damage restoration Structural drying and dehumidification Fire and smoke damage restoration Odor control Mold remediation Demolition and material removal Specialty cleaning Restoration equipment and technology Job-site safety and containment procedures Basic repair and reconstruction techniques Industry certifications and previous restoration experience are a plus, but they are not required to get your foot in the door. Physical Requirements This is a hands-on position.

You should be comfortable:

Lifting and carrying equipment and materials Working on your feet throughout the day Climbing ladders Bending, kneeling, and working in confined areas Working in basements, attics, and other areas of buildings Performing demolition and other physically demanding tasks A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.
