We are a growing company who promotes from within and are looking to add a Fire and Contents Mitigation Manager who is ready to step up and lead multiple crews who can perform at our high level standards and is tired of working for a company that just wants to do "good enough" work. This position will require on-call shifts 1 day/week and 1 weekend every 3 weekends to support emergency jobs a few times a year. This could be a good position for someone who has run restaurants, kitchens, cleaning companies, service based teams or construction crews. MUST have a valid driver's license for this position as it requires daily driving to job sites.

ESSENTIAL TASKS OF THE POSITION

Communicates with management and customers. Coordinates and supervises work on Contents Services to include deodorization, pack-outs, contents cleaning, and pack-backs. Coordinates securing structures, temporary utilities, demolition and deodorization to prepare for reconstruction. Trains and supervises Lead Technicians and Technicians. Maintains relationship with adjusters and communicates with updates as needed. Completes jobs successfully and obtains certificate of completion. Develop Processes for Recording of Data and Work Completed by Technicians and ensure compliance. Reviews all Estimates for Mitigation Services, and follow-up on all Returned Estimates. Able to climb a ladder. Able to lift at least 50 pounds. Able to work around a variety of chemicals without any adverse reaction or sensitivity. Establishes PPE guidelines for all employees and ensures compliance. Participate in the collection process.

Compensation:

Base Pay Plus Commission based on experience includes paid time off and company take home vehicle with first year pay averaging $85,000-$95,000 with benefits offered including Health Care, Vision, Dental, and Life insurance as well as PTO and 401k with match.
