IICRC Certified Firm serving New York and Connecticut — Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Manhattan, and Fairfield County. Pay $22
  • 26 per hour to start, depending on experience.
Overtime at time-and-a-half for all hours over 40. We review performance regularly and promote from within. The Work Water and sewage mitigation, fire and smoke restoration, and mold remediation in residential homes, high end apartment buildings, and commercial buildings. Demolition, containment, equipment setup, detailed cleaning and moisture documentation. Includes work in crawlspaces, attics, and other tight or unfinished spaces. Schedule 7:00 AM start out of our White Plains shop and typically wrapping around 5:00 PM. Roughly 50 hours per week. Some late nights and occasional Saturdays — this is emergency-response work. Approximately one week per month on after-hours emergency on-call rotation. You are free to go about your normal life during that week; you simply need to be able to reach our shop within one hour of a call. For after-hours emergency response we pay a three-hour minimum at time-and-a-half plus a half day of PTO credit. Cover an emergency call outside your rotation week, and it is a full PTO day credit. Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record — you must qualify for our commercial auto policy
  • Comfortable driving a full-size cargo van
  • Reliable, on time, with a verifiable work history
  • Hands-on demolition experience
  • Able to work safely in crawlspaces and confined areas, lift 50+ lbs, and pass a respirator medical evaluation and fit test
  • Compliance with our written substance and fit-for-duty policy, including a strict prohibition on alcohol or cannabis in or around company vehicles and equipment Preferred
  • NYS Mold Abatement Worker or Mold Remediation Contractor license — if you do not have it, we will sponsor and pay for the course
  • Restoration experience in water, fire, or mold; IICRC certification
  • Carpentry skills
  • Coming from demolition, framing, HVAC, or plumbing and want to learn? We will train and certify you. Tools We supply all specialized equipment — dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers, moisture meters, and power tools. You will build up your own basic hand and demolition tools over time; not required on day one. Benefits
