Field Service Technician Location:
Akron/Youngstown, OH Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday About the Company Our client has been in business since 1956. They provide service, repair, and installation support for commercial foodservice and retail food equipment. What You'll Do
  • Service, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install commercial food equipment.
  • Work on commercial kitchen, weighing, wrapping, and refrigeration equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues; basic plumbing work as needed.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and respond to service calls.
  • Maintain vehicle parts inventory and complete service order entry.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and provide quality service.
  • Travel to customer locations throughout the assigned service area.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation approximately once per month after training. What We're Looking For
  • Commercial food equipment service experience is required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills; basic plumbing preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Willingness to participate in the on-call rotation. Training & Benefits
